My Few Favorite Places

For the past 2 years, dito sa Cambodge, there's onyl a few places na pinupuntahan namin...aside from the fact na konti lang talga ang nice hang outs dito....

Metro--place where we lafang and drink ever.....usually after office hours....we sooooo love their chips!!! take note, dito ko narinig ang Kailangan Kita ni kuya Gary V!

FCC- comfort food namin ang Ceasar's salad, Bianco Verde Pizza and their super rich chocolate cake with coconut ice cream (habang sinusulyapan ko si Everest :p)

Pacharan- winner ang Paella, chorizo, mushrooms, manchego cheese at ang nakakalasing na sangria

Riverhouse- kung feel magpawis at magbawas ng timbang habang nagsasayaw

Pontoon- boat bar na di ko feel ang music but still a good place to meet up with friends ....

and that's where we also had the successful Headshot Clinic .......






Pero ngayon, eto na ang Pontoon..lumubog na ang kalahati ng bar...siguro nga ay dahil luma na ang materyales nito...ang sad...it'll be closed for renovation for 2 months...but i'm sure, its re-launch will be bigger and better :)

What's The Buzz?!!

YEZterday!! super tagal ko ng di nagsulat sa blog na ito. Para tuloy walang kwenta ang site na ito!! Wit sa mga stories at latest pictures kO!! Anyway, wala naman masyadong nagbago for the past few months. Pero!! Maraming happenings sa life!! Dito lang sa mas PINALAKAS, mas PINATINDI at mas EKSPLOSIBONG------ The BUZZ, Phnom Penh edition.

I spent christmas and new year sa Pinas!! YEZ! super surprise si mother sa pag uwi ko at ng aking sisteret! Kulang na lang i-announce nya sa TV ang pag-uwi namin. In fairness, masaya si mudra sa pag-appear namin in these very important events! Kelan kaya mauulit?

We lost one of our accounts at super dissapointed ako. It was one of my major accounts and I did a lot of things to them. Haggard were the days dahilsa dami ng projects namin with them. Pero siguro nga, we need to be apart for at least a year. Advice nga ng aking friend "we win some, we lose some". Oh well, buti na lang may alak!

I'm back to the gym!! Nagpapaka-health buff na ko dahil di na ko bumabata. Besides, I need a different environment aside from office at bahay. So I enrolled last month sa Cambodiana Hotel. Di ko na tinuloy sa Le Royal dahil aside from mahalia fuentes, mejo may kalayuan sa balay ko. At least ang Cambodiana, about 2 minutes lang from our house. So every weekend, yun an ang tambayan ko.

February 14 kahapon. Valentines Day a.k.a Singles Awareness Day according to Jao. So what happened? Pagdating ko pa lang sa office, avah!! May isang pulang rosas sa aking mesa. May nagke-keyr!! I thought admirer pero wag ka! Galing ito sa isa sa activation staff and take note, lahat ng girlets binigyan ng rose. Mataray!!

Matapos ang rosas, namigay ng 3 pirasong lollipo si Mother Len. How sweet!! Now I know that somebody loves me talga! So back to work na muna while chinuchupa ang lime flavored lollipop na nakuha ko. Lunchtime na, fly na an gmga bakla! We were supposed to go to Metro pero si badet Mikey insisted to eat somewhere else kasi $4 lang daw ang budget nya for lunch. So dun kami nagpunta sa Chang Mai (Khmer Thai resto). In fairview, masarap ang food nila. We ended up ordering schezuan pork, schezuan eggplant, chicken green curry, tofu in lemongrass and pork barbecue (kebab style). YUMMY!! Ang dessert namin ay M&M plain chocolates!

Pagbalik namin sa office, I got a butterly artwork from my staff. Nagsisipsip ba sakin ang mga ito?

Come dinner time, we went to Le Wok. Muntik ng awayin ng friend namin yung owner just because the red wine is chilled. Eh french kasi yung owner so she should know how to keep the wines. tsk.tsk.tsk. Pero deadma na. Around 8pm, fly kami sa balay ni Oliver to watch the season finale of ARA2 na super nakakahinayang dahil Philippines ended up in 3rd place when they could have been first. Buti na lang, FCC in cooperation with Starfish Organization, held a speed dating and human auction party. There, we found ourselves drinking, bidding for men, talking to strangers and dancing like crazy after months of being buried with work requirements.

haay....sarap pumarteh ng wala kang iniisip, na di mo kilala ang mga nasa paligid mo pero all of you are having fun, na everyone's talking to everyone as if they knew each other, that while you're having fun, you're also helping people thru charity (proceeds from the human auction).
